Game On 2023 – Terms and Conditions

1. The Ideal Electrical Suppliers, ‘Game On’ promotion commences Tuesday 11 April 2023 and will run until Saturday 17 June 2023.
2. Ideal Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserve the right to extend, shorten or delay the promo due to environmental conditions or COVID or to meet the 22available Game On scratch cards.
3. Participation in the Game On promotion is only available to Eligible Trade accounts, with normal terms of trade applying.
4. Only standard customer pricing qualifies. All projects or tender priced products per $150 spend do not qualify for Game On scratch cards or winning wheel.
5. All entrants’ accounts held with Ideal Electrical Suppliers must be within agreed trading terms to be eligible for prizes.
6. Game On has two channels to qualify for the prizes. Scratch cards will qualify for instant prizes. Online purchases will qualify for winning wheel spins to win a prize.
7. One bonus $600 Gift card winner will be drawn from QR code entry on scratch cards. One bonus $600 winner will be drawn from qualifying online purchases. Only one entry per unique individual employee will qualify for the $600 draws.
8. All prizes remain the property of the Account Holder or Director of the company. The company owner or Account Holder is responsible for distribution of the prizes in line with their company policy/directives.
9. All Game On scratch cards and prizes have been allocated to each of the 48 Ideal stores and the Ideal Webshop (online), based on historical sales of qualifying product.
10. Redemption of Game on scratch card and Online Spinning wheel prizes, will only be valid upon all prizes at each participating Ideal store being available at the time of redemption.
11. Prizes can be claimed up until Saturday 1 July 2023, following the end of the promotion Saturday 17 June 2023. No late redemption of prizes will be accepted. No cash equivalent, or any alternative, will be available.
12. Ideal Electrical Suppliers reserve the right to offer alternative prizes if current offerings are not available.
13. Prizes may differ slightly from images shown, due to prize availability.
14. Confectionary and drink type prizes may differ slightly, as they are at the discretion of your local Ideal store and availability.
15. Warranties on all prizes are as per manufacturer’s /supplier’s warranties.
16. Any liability for taxes imposed on any prizes resulting from this promotion shall be the responsibility of the recipient and not Ideal Electrical Suppliers from which the goods were purchased or any supplier to Ideal Electrical Suppliers.
17. Any accidents or financial loss/expense that occurs during the use of the prizes is the responsibility of the recipient and not Ideal Electrical Suppliers from which the goods were purchased or any supplier to Ideal Electrical Suppliers.
18. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance to allow Ideal Electrical Suppliers to store and use your details for future marketing and promotional campaign purposes.
19. Not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
20. All Game On enquiries must be directed to your branch manager.
21. Instructions appearing on all Game On literature form part of the Terms and Conditions.
22. Ideal staff can not participate
23. Ideal Electrical reserve the right to withdraw or collect winning prizes upon credit of qualifying goods
24. Only qualifying product invoiced within the promo period qualify to be part of promotion (no back orders)
25. Prize allocation will be based on first come and subject to availability
26. Apparel and gumboots will be issued to branches and a limited quantity of sizes are only available. Ideal Electrical will do the best to accommodate the winners needs based on stock on hand at each store only.

Instore Purchases

27. Spend $150 or more ex GST on all RX Lighting, Bizline & Hager products on one invoice to qualify for one scratch card in total.
28. A maximum of three scratch cards per day, per employee of an account.
29. All scratch card prizes are to be redeemed at the branch where the scratch card was issued.
30. All prizes remain the property of the Account Holder or Director of the company. The company owner or Account Holder is responsible for distribution of the prizes in line with their company policy/directives.
31. An allocation of scratch cards will be distributed to each branch and once all are redeemed no additional scratch cards will be available. Customers are suggested to use the online option to participate.

Online Purchase (Ideal Webstore)

32. All online transactions of $150 or over excl GST on RX Lighting, Bizline & Hager products will qualify for Online winning Spin the wheel code/s for a chance to win a prize.
33. Every $150 of qualifying product per transaction online qualifies for one entry to spin the wheel.
34. A maximum of 24 x qualifying winning wheel spins per account per week can be achieved.
35. An email will be sent weekly to the account holder with their Online Spin the wheel code(s).
36. Online Spin the wheel codes can only be used once.
37. All prizes will be sent to entrants’ selected branch for the Account Holder or Director of the company, these will be dispatched the following week after the prize was won.

$600 Gift car entry online/instore

38. There are 2 x $600 gift card draws on offer through the Game On 2023 Promotion.
39. Customers’ can enter the draw 2 ways:
    1. Instore scratch cards
    2. Or through Online wheel spins.
40. Customers’ can enter the $600 Gift card draw via Instore scratch card/s or through Online wheel spin(s) but will only be eligible for ONE of the 2 x $600 gift card draws.
41. The 2 x $600 Gift card draws will be drawn at the end of promotion.
42. One $600 winner will be drawn from online entry and one $600 winner will be drawn from QR code/scratch card entry.
43. To enter the $600 prize draw:
    1. Instore Scratch Card – Scan the QR Code or go to idealpromo.co.nz and fill in your details.
       1. 1 scratch card will win 1 x $600 instore prize draw.
    2. Ideal Webshop – Click the link in your Game On Online Spin the wheel code/s email, fill in your details and then spin the wheel for a chance to win an instant prize. 
44. The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries that don’t comply with the terms and conditions.
